Speaker Bio
Jesse Jonas is the Principal Engineer for All Civil Engineering, LLC, where he represents the Concrete Industry in the St. Louis Metropolitan area as their Director of Engineering. Jesse has worked for MoDOT, SCI Engineering, St Louis County, Horner & Shifrin & ACPA, taking on various leadership roles in construction, design, materials, pavement engineering & executive leadership.
In his work with the Concrete Council and the Illinois Ready Mix Concrete Association, Jesse provides insights, expertise, ADA compliance perspectives and is a conduit to a number of national resources.
The Concrete Council is a nonprofit education organization supporting consideration of sustainable, safe, resilient, valuable Concrete construction.
