Speaker's Bio: Ronald Groves is Project Coordinator and Specifications Consultant for Allegion, based in St. Louis. He's been in the doors, frames, and hardware industry since he was 14, having started in his father's distribution shop in Kansas City, MO prepping doors and frames, and also doing field work on building sites. After attending college at William Jewell, he returned to manage some of the largest projects in the Kansas City area, and later worked on design-build projects directly with architecture firms.
