Ethical behavior lies at the core of what it means to be a professional, yet many in design and construction struggle to come up with a definition for ethics.  Accepted business practices, company culture, peer pressure, and public opinion often obscure the issue, while morals, codes of conduct, and societal conventions sometimes offer conflicting guidance.  This program will explore the history of ethics in design and construction, using examples from real projects and ethical behavior from several viewpoints in the industry.
