The Metropolitan Saint Louis Sewer District (MSD) protects the environmental health and safety our community by responsible management of stormwater and wastewater. Our March program looks at the many ways MSD works to manage, maintain, and upgrade our sewer infrastructure, with emphasis on Project Clear, an innovative solution to improve water quality and wastewater concerns within our region. Learn about the agency’s investment of billions of dollars over a generation to plan, design, and build community rainscaping, and improve a system that his its origins in the 19th century.
