
CALL FOR EXHIBITS: The Greater Saint Louis CSI Product Show is a great way to keep up with what is happening in the industry, and also a valuable opportunity to network among your colleagues – architects, engineers, contractors and owners – decision-makers who select products or technologies. Please complete the registration form online to reserve a booth.
NOTE: You DO NOT have to be a CSI member to purchase a booth. However you do have to have an account with csiresources.org in order to make a purchase. See detailed instructions below...

Registration For the AIA Presentation will from 8:00 – 8:30.
AIA Presentation from 8:30 – 10:00.
Exhibits will be open to building professionals from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM CST.

BOOTH SPACE AND RATES: All booths are 8’ x 10’ and include one 30” x 8' covered table. Booths without electric (shown in blue) are $275. Booths with electric (shown in red) are $325 (please come prepared with your own 50' extension cord). Your registration includes lunch. See layout above for available booth locations (we'll update the layout as often as possible) or call the number below to confirm current availability.
PAYMENT OPTION: To reserve a booth, check the show layout on this page, select your preferred booth locations, and then click REGISTER - choose your booth number at checkout. If the booth you want isn't available it has already been purchased. A limited number of food sponsorships are also available at checkout. We will update the the layout to reflect booths sold as often as possible.

Pay by Credit Card via PayPal (you do not have to have a PayPal account or pay with PayPal funds! you'll need to provide an email to checkout as a Guest, then select Pay by Credit or Debit Card). Or to pay by check select "generate an invoice" and download the registration and payment information (we will eventually reach out to everyone who defers payment and can email you an invoice that can be paid via credit card, if you'd prefer).
IF PAYING LATER, WE MUST RECEIVE YOUR PAYMENT NO LATER THAN EOB MONDAY 31 MARCH 2025 OR WE WILL RELEASE YOUR BOOTH TO ANOTHER EXHIBITOR.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Show floor opens on April 15th 3-5 PM for exhibitor set up or April 16th at 8-9:30 AM. Teardown immediately following the show.

Food and Drink Sponsorships are available with special company recognition at the show for $100 per firm/vendor.
We are asking each exhibitor to furnish an item that we can promote and give away as attendance prizes. It can be big or small (a bought item like coolers or a company’s promotional item like a shirt, sport event tickets, etc.)
